Down The Pipeline

I will be travelling for the next two years with my beautiful wife and, as we travel, I will be documenting our journey through blogging, photography and videos. I will be aiming to blog at least once a week and update my subscribers as I do.

In the pipeline for October, 2018, we will be spending time in Nicaragua. Nicaragua is facing a trying time. The Canadian and US embassies have bailed and consequently, it feels as though we have this country to ourselves. We will make our way north to Mexico in time for Dia De Los Muertos in November - a celebration in which deceased loved ones are welcomed back from the dead for an evening. Locals dress as skeletons and have candle vigils through graveyards, in the belief that their loved ones will be with them once again.

Before the celebrations, we will be searching for a mushroom shaman in the mountains of Oaxaca. I am fascinated by plant and animal based entheogens and the impact they have on the human psyche. I will be documenting several entheogens throughout our journey, including Psilocybin Mushrooms, Bufo Alvarius Toad venom, Ayahuasca and San Pedro Cactus.

Other posts will revolve around travel, life, death, art, music, health, God, fear, love, drugs, psychology, business, nature, spirituality, politics and whatever is on my mind, wherever I find myself in the world.
